Who We Are

About The Director - Leah Willcott

Hi, I’m Leah!

I am a dedicated psychologist based in Wagga Wagga NSW and the founder of Exhale Psychology, a telehealth and in-home service providing compassionate and evidence-based support to individuals across Australia.
With a strong foundation in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), I work with adolescents and adults experiencing but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, suicide prevention, and grief.

I currently have availability for new clients and accept private referrals, as well as Medicare Mental Health Care Plan referrals from GPs. Through a client-centered and holistic approach, I aim to provide a safe and supportive space to foster resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful change.

My Qualifications:

Undergraduate in Science of Psychology 
Graduate Diploma of Psychology - Advanced 

Exhale Psychology offers Telehealth services to private-paying as well as Medicare Mental Health Care Plan clients
